ABOUT
Liquipak was established by the team behind Karmelle Ltd, a West Yorkshire manufacturer of liquid filling, capping and labelling equipment.
For over 35 years, Karmelle has been helping customers to automate their in-house packaging process. And, when it became clear that many businesses needed a liquid contract packing partner with the same commitment to quality and service, Liquipak was born.
This industry experience has shaped our focussed and hands-on approach. We understand every stage of the liquid packaging process – which means that you can count on us to manage it for you.
WHO WE WORK WITH
We work with a range of larger companies, supermarkets and wholesalers, delivering the high standards and short lead times they expect.
But we’re also committed to helping smaller companies launch their product. We know that, for many startups, high liquid packaging costs and minimum order quantities can be a barrier to market entry. We’ll provide a tailored, end-to-end service that can be scaled up as your business grows.
OUR PRODUCTION RATES
Although Liquipak aims to cater for businesses of all sizes, we specialise in large liquid filling and contract manufacturing projects.
Indeed, with six filling lines operational onsite, we’re able to achieve production rates of over 200,000 bottles per week. Our equipment can handle containers ranging from 50ml to 25litres.
And, thanks to three mixing tanks, we can produce over 10,000 litres of product per day.
It all adds up to a quick turnaround, however big your project.
END-TO-END SERVICE
We can handle every stage of the liquid production and packaging process, from purchasing and blending to filling, packing and dispatching. And, whether your product is an antibacterial surface cleaner or an industrial chemical in jerry cans, we’ll tailor our service to suit it.
What’s more, our team are on-hand to provide support 24/7, ensuring that you’re kept up-to-date.
OUR FACILITY
Our 30,000 square foot facility enables us to provide a streamlined, end-to-end service, manufacturing, packaging and warehousing your products on site.
16,000 square feet is given over to our liquid filling department, whilst chemical mixing takes place in a 2,000 square foot blending space. An additional 12,000 square feet of warehousing ensures that your stock is managed effectively.
And, with two forklift drivers, a secure private yard, and easy access to the M1 and M62 corridors, efficiency is guaranteed.
